By accessing and using HoloLink's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

HoloLink provides AI-powered lead generation and social media advertising services. Our platform identifies, targets, and delivers qualified leads to businesses through various advertising channels including social media platforms and professional networks.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis with the following pricing structure:

  • Social Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter): $40 per qualified lead
  • Professional Networks (LinkedIn, Industry Forums): $50 per qualified lead
  • Premium Channels (Exclusive Networks, VIP Access): $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

All leads delivered through our platform are subject to our qualification process, which includes behavioral analysis, demographic verification, and intent scoring. We guarantee that leads meet the criteria specified in your campaign requirements.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target audience specifications
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account information

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of leads generated through our platform. All data collection and processing activities comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and intellectual property related to the HoloLink platform remain the exclusive property of HoloLink. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

HoloLink's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and access to the platform will be discontinued.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso County, Texas.
